Venue: Celtic Manor Resort, Wales
1. Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms. A contract is formed upon successful payment via Stripe.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
3. No Refund Policy
All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be sent via email. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details.
5. Accommodation
If included, accommodation covers:
- One night stay on 15 July 2026
- Standard room
- Breakfast on 16 July 2026
Confirmation will be sent separately.
6. Entry & Conduct
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee without refund.
7. Alcohol Policy
Challenge 25 applies. ID may be required. Service may be refused at organiser discretion.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to the ticket value. Attendees enter at their own risk.
9. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to modify the event without liability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection
We collect name, email address, and mobile number.
2. Purpose
Used for ticketing, confirmations, and event communications.
3. Processing
Payments via Stripe. Emails via Brevo.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on contractual necessity and legitimate interest.
5. Data Retention
Data retained up to 24 months post-event.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
